Status bar Countdown App Reviews

Not sure how much battery life it’ll take up, but it is simple, not intrusive, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I wish there was more customizability, like being able to choose if you want to show days, hours, minutes, seconds, etc. Only handles one countdown at a time, which is good for very important events.

Works very well. it blends into the status bar very nicely and gets the job done.

I looked at several other countdown apps, but decided on this one. It has only one timer and was last updated in 2014, but it’s free and it lives in the menu bar. One timer is all I need - I’m counting down to one really big event; I don’t need the multiple timers offered in other paid apps. And I prefer it show only in the menu bar all the time, just like the date and time, rather than in a separate window. I’m thrilled with the results. No issues running on El Capitan. This was a great find!

仕様はこのままで特に不満はないが、表記方法を、5d,4h,32mみたいに省略してほしい。 days, hours, Minutesだと、メニューバーの邪魔。

Best countdown app EVER!!!

It’s perfect. If it can open at the start of the mac, it be better.

Doesn’t do what it says, countdown is not active when browser or Mail is open and active.

You will have to reopen it constantly.

I tried many countdown apps before I found this one. StatusBar Countdown is the best free countdown app I ran into. This is a very quick and easy app to use, and it stays planted in your StatusBar. :)

It’s good,but the”days/hours/mimutes” is so long,and my menubar is too short. I think "5D-9:15 “ is better than ”5 Days, 9Hours& 13 Minutes "

Works exactly as advertised. A nice feature to add could be to display the months. Or the option to display months vs days, hours vs min.
